Claim Your 2026 HCA OR TSA-HCA Academic Scholarship Award

SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS MAY NOT BE CLAIMED AFTER TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 2026. NO EXCEPTIONS. We strongly recommend you do so as soon as you are informed of your award to ensure payment is ultimately processed by your institution as swiftly as possible.

Please carefully read the instructions before you fill out and submit the form below.

If there are any errors or you do not follow instructions: your scholarship award payment may be lost in the mail or your institution may be unable to process it. HCA cannot issue and mail a replacement check until we receive your original check in the mail at our HQ, which may ultimately delay your institution’s receipt of award funding another 1+ month(s).
If the information is correct and as requested: your check will be mailed within 5-15 business days from the date of submission. Mail transit will take an additional 3 business days. Beyond that, your institution may take up to an additional 3 weeks to process your award.

We recommend checking in with institution weekly starting 3 weeks after submission to confirm receipt and processing.

To whom should we make the scholarship check payable?*
PLEASE BE AWARE: Scholarship checks are made to the school, not the recipient. Sometimes schools ask that checks be made out to a name other than the name of the school; for example, checks to UCLA are made out to “UC Regents.”
What is the full mailing address where a scholarship check should be sent?*
PLEASE BE AWARE: In addition to a street name, street number, city, state, and zip code, most schools’ mailing addresses include the name of the institution and department and/or building. Be sure to obtain ALL of this information to ensure your check arrives in time.
