For applicants to the 2026 [TSA-]HCA Dream Big Scholarship who want to pursue a Learning Opportunity that occurs in-person (not online): you must choose an Approved Vendor and corresponding Learning Opportunity listed on this page for your application.

• Make a connection: It is your responsibility to contact the Approved Vendor in advance of applying to confirm their policies on attendance, package expiration dates, scheduling, the inclusion or exclusion of materials in class costs, the accessibility of their location, the availability of parking, etc.
• Visit the location: Not only will this help you assess the feasibility of the commute to/from your home, but it will also give you valuable information about the “vibe” and customer experience of the business.
• Ask about trial classes: Some vendors may offer a free trial class or lesson. We urge you to take one to help you determine whether the vendor provides a great mutual fit for your needs and interests.
