For applicants to the 2026 [TSA-]HCA Dream Big Scholarship who want to pursue a Learning Opportunity that occurs online (not in-person): you must choose an Approved Vendor and corresponding Learning Opportunity listed on this page for your application.

HOT TIPS! As you consider your options, we strongly recommend the following:

• Review the vendor website: It is your responsibility to check out the website, read more about their learning opportunity, and familiarize yourself with their policies on attendance, scheduling, the inclusion or exclusion of materials in class costs (where applicable), etc. 

• Make a connection: If an email or phone number is available for the vendor in question, do not hesitate to reach out to the vendor directly for answers. 

• Check your tech: Many online vendors have a subscription or membership model where you access pre-recorded videos. But even live online class require the use of programs like Zoom. Make sure you have and are comfortable using the appropriate technology to take advantage of your Learning Opportunity of choice! 

• Look for a trial class or period: Some vendors may offer a free trial class period of time (ie: 7 days). We urge you to take advantage to help you determine whether the vendor provides a great mutual fit for your needs and interests.
